Aquaponics Demo at Makeke Kapolei on July 26

Have you heard about aquaponics and wondered what it's all about?  Come to Makeke Kapolei, the weekly farmers' and green market at Kapolei High School on Thursday, July 26 between 3:00 and 6:00 pm to see first-hand what it's about and what it can do for you.

Aquaponics is a circulating system that combines growing plants and fish.

Plants grow faster, you use less water, you save money on fertilizers, and you even have fish to eat, too!

Kapolei High School is located at 91-5007 Kapolei Parkway. The market is held in the front parking lot.
