In April, Kapolei High hosted the first Eat the Street event in Kapolei, attracting thousands of people and feeding them great food. Now, on Saturday, July 14, Eat the Street will be back with a green twist.  In addition to more than 40 food trucks, there will be a variety of sustainability-oriented businesses and non-profits (such as solar PV, skylights, aquaponics, cooling, cleaning, gardening, education) sharing information about how to live in a more sustainable way.

Come on down, bring the family, and enjoy this day, from 3-8 pm on the athletic field of Kapolei High. There is no admission fee and food and other items will be available for sale.  Fun activities will be held for kids, too!

If you will be attending Nanakuli High and Intermediate School this school year, mark Tuesday, July 24, 2012 on your calendar.  This is the day you will be able to pick up your class schedule as well as take care of various tasks that come with the start of a new school year.
