CELEBRATING OHANA TOGETHER
(Ewa Beach, Hawaii) – A celebration in the truest sense of the word, Pride 4 Ewa 2012:Celebrating Ohana Together, will be held Saturday, April 28, at Hoalauna Park (91-1330 Keaunui Drive) in Ewa Beach from 11:00 - 6:00. The legendary Al Waterson will be the day’s emcee for this annual event that highlights the west side’s community spirit with live entertainment, horse and pony rides, a petting zoo, rides, games, raffle give-aways, ono food, and crafters galore. Hosted by Ewa by Gentry Community Association, this event promises to entice and excite! Event admission is free and open to the public.

Ewa Elementary, Iroquois Point Elementary, and Barbers Point Elementary performing arts will also showcase their talents. There will be a resource fair that brings a diverse selection of resources to encourage a healthy lifestyle and foster productive activities for keiki and ohana. Some of the highlights to the resource fair include, HPD’s Keiki ID program, Equine 808 Horse Rescue, the Boys & Girls Club, the Hawaiian Civic Club, the Naval Air Museum, and many other great organizations to support your ohana!
